Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Valid Refund Requests:

  • The key is invalid or not working, and our support team has verified the issue.

  • The key has already been used before purchase (proof required).

  • You purchased the wrong product and have not yet redeemed the key.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • If the key has been successfully activated on a device.

  • If the issue is due to hardware/software incompatibility or incorrect installation by the user.

  • If the key was shared or leaked to others.

  • If you changed your mind after purchase.


How to Request a Refund

2️⃣ Provide your Order ID and a screenshot/video showing the issue.
3️⃣ Our team will verify the issue and either:

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.


Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
